All items are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner.
Each piece is created specifically for you, ensuring a unique and intentional product experience.
Please allow 1–5 business days for production before shipping.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
– Germany
– All EU countries
– Selected international destinations (see checkout)
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.
3. Shipping Costs
Germany
– Standard Shipping: €4.90
– Free shipping on orders over €100
EU Countries
– Standard Shipping: €9.90
– Free shipping on orders over €150
International
– Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Please note that all delivery times include both production and shipping:

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders (outside the EU), customs duties or local import taxes may apply.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.
